CCOVID-19: Indefinite suspension of terms

On May 29, in the evening edition of the Federal Official Gazette (Diario Oficial de la Federación or DOF), the new suspension of terms of the Federal Public Administration (Administración Pública Federal) due to force majeure causes and to the sanitary contingency resulting from virus SARS-CoV2 (COVID-19), was released.

Some government agencies suspend terms and deadlines, applicable to the administrative procedures and processes substantiated before the administrative units until the relevant health authority issues the necessary measures for the renewal of onsite activities, according to the traffic light system by regions for the reopening of social, educational and economic activities gradually, cautiously and orderly, of the activities.
